Appointment Policy

All services are available by appointment only. We offer flexible scheduling 7 days a week. Appointments can be booked online through our official booking system. Same-day appointments may be available depending on nurse availability.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total balance. Final payment is due at the time of service.

​We accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards (eligibility may vary per service).

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. If cancellation made with 24-hour notice, deposit can be added to rescheduled appointment. No shows may be charged the full-service amount. A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without contacting us before your scheduled time. This fee will be charged to the card on file. We value your time and ours. This policy helps us provide high-quality care to all clients.

Late Policy

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please give us a courtesy call to ensure we can still accommodate you. We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients.

Refund Policy

At With Precision IV Hydration & Recovery, we value your time and investment in your wellness. Due to the nature of our services and the preparation required, all sales are final and nonrefundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In rare circumstances, management may offer a credit toward future services at our discretion. We strive to maintain the highest quality of care and fairness, while also protecting the time and resources of our team. That you for understanding and respecting our policy.

Health & Safety requirements

IV therapy may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as kidney disease, heart failure, or specific electrolyte imbalances. A brief health screening is always conducted to ensure safety and eligibility. Consultation may also be needed. You must be 18 or older to receive IV Hydration at With Precision IV Hydration & Recovery.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We protect your health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. Personal health details will only be used for the purpose of delivering safe, appropriate care. Please review our full Privacy Policy available on our website.

Scope of Services

We provide wellness based IV hydration, vitamin injections, and post-operative recovery care. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, nor are they a substitute for emergency or primary medical care. If you are experiencing serious or urgent symptoms, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Mobile Service Expectations

Please ensure a clean, safe, and well-lit area is available at the time of your appointment. For the safety of both the client and provider, we reserve the right to decline service in any environment that is unsafe, unsanitary, or does not meet the conditions for proper care delivery.
